"I have never had a bad experience with Sofitel and not this time either. Large and luxurious rooms (also Superior rooms) with all amenities. Should I mention anything that could be improved it would be breakfast. Good and a lot of choice, but they had trouble keeping up at peak time. Good but have experienced better in other Dkfitel hotels. Still I do not hesitate to recommend, and would go back if I have the chance. What stands out are all the details in decoration and furnishings- beautiful hotel"

During my stay, I encountered an issue with my ferry booking through an app, and I wasn't able to receive a confirmation email. I was quite stressed, but Shea immediately stepped in to help. Not only did she assist with sorting out my booking, but she also went above and beyond by accompanying me to the harbour. There, she spoke with the receptionist when they were unwilling to issue a physical ticket, as I couldn’t access my boarding pass. "Only stayed one night here but I have only good things to say. The room was clean and comfortable, somewhat small buy ok for short trips. The hotel is in a non tourist area of Macau, it is in a normal Macau neighboorhood so you will pay local prices in the restaurants and stores nearby. Very close to the main attractions in the historic centre of Macau, 15-20 min walk or by bus to the senate place, the St Paul ruins, Grand Lisboa Casino. By bus, maybe 5-6 minutes! The buses that pass next to the hotel take you to all the main sights in Macau, the airport and ferry terminal, the casinos in Taipa, the border, etc. "
